Project Scope: Products will be loaded into the MFT 250 IP3 ED (7.8" Lg.) magazine, they will then be separated into the feeder discharge. The products will be transferred on to the MFT 2000 Vacuum Track Conveyor encoder feedback will ensure the VTC is running. The samples will be griped by the vacuum belt and presented under the Bell-Mark supplied printer and dryer (MFT will supply mounting). Once samples have been printed and dried they will be inspected by a 1d/2d barcode scanner using "same code verification". Samples that pass inspection will be transferred through the Driven Discharge and over the reject into the rotary batch dropper. Samples that fail inspection will be rejected as they exit the Driven discharge into a bin below. The rotary batch dropper will continue to accumulate product until the desired count of good product has be reached, at this time the stack of 100 samples will be dropped onto the output conveyor. The output conveyor will index and pause waiting for the next stack. At the completion of the lot(normally 1200)the stacks will be removed by an operator. There will be a manual jog mode on the exit conveyor to move the last couple batches out from under the rotary batch dropper. System will by fully guarded using cage style plexiglass with large doors and interlocks still leaving access to the infeed of the feeder. Also includes quote 33611-01 and quote 33204-01 (2021155)

Scheduled for FAT on 6/6 5/19: Planning on 6/6 for FAT. 5/12: Looking good. Greg B. commissioning the PLC. 5/5: Joe sorted out printer and training Elliot. Will change gearing once we do power draw test. PLC due today. Greg B will try to do early testing on PLC early next week. Greg B estimating 3 more weeks on PLC. 4/28: PLC delayed until 5/27. Integration getting it set up for Bell Mark who is coming Monday to validate the printer. 4/21: Got chambers back. Installing. Seems to run ok. In production. Hope to move to Integration mid next week. 4/14: Modified chambers. Will get back next week. 4/7: Sent pictures on belts. Working on it. 3/31: No change 3/24: In production. 3/17: Started building VTC. Working on pieces. 3/10: Picking last of it. 3/3: Feeder in production. Will start to pull more. 2/24: Everything on order. Parts due 4/7 as last update. Revised PLC on order 2/17: Hunter working on PLC change order and creating a formal quote. EE got everything on order. 2/10: Hunter doing change order quotes. EE coming up with options due to challenges. Received prior to ship payment on printer portion. 2/3: Alcon possibly found path forward for door locks which is a long lead time and working towards solution on PLC. 1/27: Printer shipping on 2/28. Working through door lock issues. Everything on order. Actuators pushed out through the end of March. Looking for alternatives. 1/20: Check in with customer Friday or Monday 1/13: Part dates in wrike. 1/6:waiting for parts due dates on top level and VTC. other parts due February 17th 12/30: In procurement 12/9: Hoping to release from ME tomorrow. 12/2: Going into checking today or tomorrow. 11/11: Received change order 11/4: Expecting to receive a change order 10/28: In ME 10/21: Down Payment is received. Layout drawing ready for customer review. Need some additional internal review before sending to the customer. Mike and Hunter will run point on discussion with customer and Layout review. 10/14: Change to driven discharge on reject. Couple days away from a layout to share with customer.
Work Done: ONE WEEK OF SERVICE WAS CANCELLED AND CREDIT WAS ISSUED FOR THE FULL AMOUNT OF $13,856.96 TO BE USED TOWARDS A LARGE PARTS ORDER.
