Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 350SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your tags from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the tags are fed through the discharge of the feeder the top belts will have an opening to allow your peel tip to get access to the products. The feeder will be mounted and integrated by Avery. Optional items: I/O expansion card to allow Avery to remotely stop the machine.
Notes: Avery Dennison WO 2021188 2/16: Labeler here. Ken and another tech here integrating system. Mounted printer. Steve going to add kick stand and come back Friday morning. Hoping to ship next week. 2/10: Waiting for labeler to arrive. 2/3: No change 1/27: No update. Still waiting on stand and printer 1/20: No update. Avery waiting for their labeler to arrive. 1/13: Done on feeder. Avery labeler not due until late January. Waiting for that. 1:6 Making good progress testing feeding of products. static issue came up, solved with a static brush. 12/30: Labeler hasn't show up. Feb shipment 12/16: Just pulled today 12/9: Have parts and could probably start to build. 12/2: No update 11/18: No update 11/11: No update 11/4: No update 10/21: No update 10/14: No update 10/7: Likely to not have labeler until early January. 9/30: Processed. Parts on order 9/23: Received down payment.
