Project Scope: Above is a quote for the requested add-on Automatic Product Loader (APL) to your original proposal #31116. In order to guarantee seamless integration with the already-provided feeder, we would require a separate PO for on-site installation/integration labor plus applicable travel and expenses. I have estimated those charges in the optional section. Current Lead times for all APLs is 8-10 weeks from down payment. From Prior Quote/Proposal: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP3 350XED Industrial Series Friction Feeder with it's High Performance Package. This robust system which will separate your products from the hopper stacked position and will be signaled to feed in a batch-count mode. These booklet products have dimensions of 11" wide x 8.5" long, and stapled with to achieve 1/8" thickness. They will feed with the 11" wide dimension with stapled side leading, via the 14.76" long XED discharge, dispense stacked batches of 25 products, and assemble them with an Automatic Drop Table System. These uniformed stacked batches of 25 quantity will be presented onto a customer supplied conveying system and will proceed to its wrapping task, into a customer supplied, Sitma Infeed System. The MFT 350IP3 Feeder system will be secured on a height adjustable stand, for mobile and flexible positioning. Primary optional items that may be recommended, based on further testing and discussion: An Automatic Product Loader_APL 2000mm 190 for allowance of horizontal pre-loading of booklet product, Shingling Conveyor_SC 1000 350 for finished product take-away in event needed, a Low-Product Sensor to alert of such, an associated Spare Parts Kit, Stack-light Assembly to alert operator of system status, Static Bar with Mount to minimize the static effect, and Product Support Pneumatic Shaker to assist with product feed. Also as an option and if required, this entire system will go thru the CSA Certification Process at our Multifeeder Technology factory in St. Paul, MN.
Notes: CAM Packaging WO 2021141 11/18: Picked up from AIT on 11/16 11/11: Waiting on payment. At AIT 11/4: Still need payment. Sent to AIT to hold until we get payment. 10/28: Need prior to ship and need to pack. 10/21: Hunter is making good progress. Looking to be running equipment all together today. Will have Bob involved in that running for training. 10/14: Will be kicking it off tomorrow. 10/7: Returned equipment supposed to be delivering today. 9/30: No update 9/23: Confirmation that they are sending equipment back to integration. Definitely pushed back to October for shipping. 9/16: Waiting for response on how they would like to proceed. Paused in Integration until we hear back. 9/9: Currently building APL. Waiting to hear from customer on installation plans. Need video approval of APL working. 9/2: In queue to be picked 8/26: Received samples. 8/19: No Change 8/12: No update 8/5: processed. Parts on order 7/29: No update 7/12 - New Order.
