Project Scope: This revised Proposal (the “Proposal”) consists of a Multifeeder Technology feeding, verification, and transport system to feed, bar code verify, and batch count paper sheets and envelopes. The system includes a system controller, a Multifeeder Friction Feeding system, a banding system, and three bagging machines. The system is capable of up to 20 packages per minute. This Proposal also includes a set of Quick Change Over parts kit to allow change over between sizes by two trained operators in 15 minutes or less. After an order is received with down payment, Multifeeder will create a system layout drawing as well as a final system specification document for ADP review and approval. The delay caused by ADP’s rejection of documents, drawings, specifications, or any reviews and the approvals thereof required by Multifeeder to proceed with completing the System shall be added to the delivery timelines. This will be based in part on the drawing currently contained in the Proposal and will reflect any changes required as a part of final reviews. Once approved, Multifeeder will proceed with the build of the system. The detailed Phase I and Phase II Factory Acceptance Test (the “FAT” or “FATs”) criteria is set forth on Annex A hereto (which Annex is made a part of this Agreement). After the equipment has been built, Multifeeder will perform the FAT Test verifying the feeding performance of each product size at the rates specified with customer supplied samples. All FATs will need to pass acceptance prior to ADP’s next payment which is due prior to shipment. Once the FAT Test, which takes place at Multifeeder’s facility, is successful as determined by the criteria set forth in this Proposal/Statement of Work and Annex A and accepted by ADP, the next payment shall be due and the equipment shall be shipped to Louisville, Kentucky. Once the equipment arrives in Louisville, it will be installed and the criteria for the FAT will be repeated assuring the same results as seen in the Multifeeder facility. After ADP Acceptance, ADP will make the final payment and the system will then be turned over to ADP for the pilot period. Once the onsite test is deemed a success (equal to success at the factory test), and ADP has Accepted the Phase II FAT, the final payment will be due, and ADP will own the equipment going forward throughout the pilot period, and beyond. regardless of the business decisions made to use the equipment long-term. Should the onsite FAT encounter difficulties, Multifeeder reserves the right to restart or continue the FAT until it’s either completed or it’s reasonably apparent that the FAT will not be successful. Once the FAT performance goals are met (duplicated), the onsite FAT will be deemed successful. This Annex A is the Preliminary FAT (Pass/Fail) Criteria. These criteria will be further defined in the FAT plan that will be developed after the initial down payment is received. The system will function at these levels as long as ADP uses approved material going through the entire system including paper, envelopes, bags and any other consumables or product specification required by the manufacturer. This same FAT will be repeated once the system is received and installed at ADP in Louisville. System Feeding and Bagging Performance of each product size at the targeted rates specified (extended run). Feeding system • Automatic Product Loader system • 2D Bar Code Verification system • Sorting Conveyor system • Pusher Assembly system Bag Printer system • Shingling Conveyor system • System Controller • Bagging systems • System Guarding Specifically, the system is targeted to perform as indicated below: The system controller will load a bar code from the customer supplied data base along with an expected count of 8-1/2" x 11" sheets or envelopes (estimated count of 1 to 300 of each). • Speed of the system for a count of 20 envelopes or less is 20 packages per minute • Speed of the system for a count of 30 envelopes is 15 packages per minute • Speed of the system for a count of 75 envelopes is 7 packages per minute • Speed of the system for a count of 300 envelopes is 1.75 packages per minute • Speed of the system for a count of 20 sheets is 20 packages per minute • Speed of the system for a count of 35 sheets is 15 packages per minute • Speed of the system for a count of 75 sheets is 8 packages per minute • Speed of the system for a count of 300 sheets is 2 packages per minute A Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 XED IP3 Industrial Performance Friction Feeder system will be mounted on a HDSR 1000-350 Stand on Rollers. The feeder will gently separate paper sheets from an inclined stack and will transfer onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Vacuum Track Assembly consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. An APL 2000-290 Automatic Product Loader will be used to allow for an optimum stack height in the in-feed magazine of the feeder and for increased in feed magazine capacity. The Automatic Product Loader will be inclined toward the feeder and will be equipped with a back stop block to allow the operation to load the stacks as close to vertical as possible. A 2D Bar Code Verification system will scan the bar codes on the products from the bottom as they travel on the discharge of the feeder and will communicate with the system controller. The verified products will be transferred one at a time into an Automatic Drop Table where they will be stacked and accumulated. Once the predicted count is achieved based on the barcode lookup, the feeder will stop, and the Drop Table will release the final stack onto a catch tray with pusher. The pusher lug will gently comb the stack of products into a banding machine. If a "No Read" or "Bad Read" occurs the controller will signal the batch to reject at the end of the line. The counted stack of envelopes will be released into a Catch Tray with Pusher that will push the stack into a Banding Machine to be banded together (stacks of greater than 15 envelopes will be banded, stacks of 15 or less will not). For stacks of 25 or less sheets an MFT 350 V3 Friction Feeder will feed a chipboard sheet to provide strength to the stack. All stacks of sheets will be banded together. The MFT 350 V3 will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers. A sorting conveyor system will present each stack to the correct bagger (2 small baggers and 1 large bagger), directed by the system controller. The conveyor can be configured to allow the system to be left-handed or right-handed. A Pusher Assembly will transfer the completed stack into the bagging machine. Each Bagging machine will be equipped to seal and print thick style bags. The system controller will interface with the printer on the bagging machine to print the correct label. A Bar Coder Verification system will be used to confirm the bar code on the label of the product. If the stack is incorrect, it will be rejected to be corrected by hand. The bagged products will be transferred onto SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor (perpendicular to flow) for further shipping. A System Controller will be used to manage the system and will have the following features: 1. The controller will read the bar code for the first customer job, look up the code in the customer database and get the predicted count for the job. The controller will then set the count of the feeder to the predicted count and the feeder will feed that count. 2. Once a job is complete, the barcode scanner will read the next code. The controller will look up the code (same as #1), however if the code is not the first code of a job, the controller will go into "recovery mode". In recovery mode, the controller will have the feeder index one product at a time, looking up each code until the code of a first product of a job is found. All the product accumulated will be banded and if bad it will be rejected at the end of the line for manual recovery. Once the first product of a job is found, the controller will revert back to #1 and continue. 3. For the envelopes, the controller will allow the feeder to count a stack of up to 100 filled envelopes (2.5" of product). If the stack is 100-300 envelopes, the system will create multiple stacks (up to 3 stacks of 100). Each stack of envelopes greater than 15 will be banded by a Banding machine. The bundled stacks will be accumulated at the large bag bagger by an accumulation device and then up to 3 stacks will be pushed into a single bag with the envelope's wide (9-1/2") dimension leading. 4. The controller will generate a CSV record for each completed job to be sent to RPD that contains sheets or envelopes counted. 5. If there is an error the system will reject the stack following the bander. 6. The verified stacks will be loaded into one of three bagging machines where they will be bagged and labeled. 7. The bagged and labeled samples will be transferred onto a Conveyor for further shipping. The bagging system will be capable of running two different kits (Envelope or Paper Statement Kit): • Kit 1: 1-15 envelopes (not banded) • Kit 2: 16-300 envelopes (3 stacks of up to 100 each) Bag Size: • Kit 1: 10” x 17” x ET • Kit 2: 14.5” x 20” x ET

Then will test run again. 5/4: Mitsubishi is reprogramming the robots. Making some additional tweaks. Working through a bagger/software glitch. 4/27: Mitsubishi back today to tweak 2nd and 3rd robot. Sharpe is coming in for the bagger also. Once bagger is going can start back on videos. 4/20: Adding jam sensors to the robots so we can prevent crashing. Resolving drop of one robot. Fine tuning after changing to positions, etc. Close to doing video of factory acceptance. Hoping to start running videos tomorrow. 4/13: Ran some products this morning. Lynn comparing manual to actual change order. 4/6: Darrin said program change seems to be working. Got through 4 program tests with envelopes. Will run live data today. 3/30: Cleaning up items while waiting for part for robot #1. Waiting on new samples - should be here next week. Need some clean up documentation for change order. Asked them to remake all envelopes. Failures were not machine fault, they are product fault. 1/26: Envelopes are bad. Barcodes outside window. Think we can jog the product to one side and run the machine. Working to increase the field of view. 9 pallets of samples that ADP will need to take care of. 1/19: Sharpe is in today. Trying to fix bagger #1. Darrin tweaking camera exposure rate. 1/12: having communication error on ADT. added a ferrite to see if we could alleviate. ran 8 minute run with live data successfully, the communication error ended run. Darin has concerns with the error protocol. he suggest that we stop the system immediately when the camera has a misread or out of sequence or duplicate and manually resolve. Peter asked Darin to document this issue to start unraveling. 1/5: Attempting milestones for live data sheets today. 12/8: Making good progress on the large sheet milestone. Should hit a video today on large sheet milestone. 12/1: Missed window for year end. Will keep working on it. 11/17: Issues with end of arm tooling. Robot #2 is resolved. Similar issues on robot #1 today. Once end of arm tooling is resolved hoping to have a video today. 11/10: Changing over to paper currently. Will change back to envelopes to validate data and barcode scanning. 11/3: Changed date to Dec. based on milestones. 10/27: Trying to hit milestone video today at variable counts. Next week, goal to do variable counts from data. 10/20: successful milestone yesterday on tripple 100 counts. Darin in today and working with Kevin K on variable counts.
