Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a driven discharge which can be rolled up to your existing feeders to provide a printing discharge. The driven discharge will allow the product to pass through the discharge without stopping. GBF will provide the start sensor which will signal the driven discharge to dispense a single product into the lug. Multifeeder will provide the mounting for your existing print head and encoder to the driven discharge. The print on the card will be off to the side of the product. The systems will mount onto a cantilevered stand on rollers with extruded side rail extensions to allow you to mount it inline.
Notes: GBF Medical WO 2021111 8/26: Just moved to shipping this morning. 8/19: Parts from shop are in production this morning. Need to glue parts and let this cure over the weekend. Working with Ed on possible alternative method to gluing on DD assembly. 8/12: Pulled for production. After PJ McNerney 8/5: No change 7/29: In queue. 7/8: Still working on getting last of parts ordered 7/1: Quoting parts now. 6/24: In procurement. 6/17: Kicked off to engineering earlier this week. 6/10: New order. Received down payment yesterday. Kick off meeting has been scheduled.
