Project Scope: The proposed system is for a batch counting system. The MFT 550XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will then separate and feed the products, individually, from a the in feed stack. As they are fed they will be counted into batches as they exit the feeder. The products will then be accumulated into batches in the ADT 550 Automatic Drop Table. Once the start sensor detects a passing lug the stack will transfer into your existing lugged conveyor and then automatically begin counting the next batch. Multifeeder will enhance the changeover on the system per the demonstrations to allow for a quick and easy change over. Optional items: Serial Control for serial communication to the feeder, Serial Cable, Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, Ultra Sonic Double Detect Sensor, Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, The Timing compensation will time the drop with your lug system, Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.

Micah and Bob working on it. 9/23: Should be in Integration on Monday. 9/16: Just pulled for production. 9/9: No change 9/2: No update 8/26: Sending samples in. Provided tracking. A week or so out from pulling job. 8/19: No Change. Jim sent follow up request for samples. Need to receive FAT samples. 8/12: No update. Waiting for parts. 8/5: No update 7/29: No update. 7/8: Verify with Mark on status of parts on order 7/1: Fully processed, quoting parts. 6/24: Processing in procurement. 6/17: Released to procurement and being processed. 6/10: Got release from engineering. Kick to procurement meeting scheduled. 6/3: Should be released Monday or Tuesday next week. 5/20: Do 4-5 different products. Look at top 5 volume products. 5/13: Working on drop table. 5/6: In engineering. Gabe working on it. 4/29: Kicked off to engineering on Monday. Starts after Aspect. 4/22: New order.
