Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT WD 550XED Wash-down Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your chipboard sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a dry contact from Fallas Automation's controller. The feeder will then dispense a single sheet (single shot feeder per start pulse) into the case. The feeder will be mounted by Fallas Automation.
Notes: Fallas Automation WO 2021087 6/24: In 2nd burn in. Will have from production tomorrow and shooting photos in the morning. EE has a little bit to do as well. 6/17: Both sets of parts are back from passivation. Everything picked. No shortages. 6/10: Picked. Parts out for passivation. 6/3: No change 5/20: Waiting for parts 5/13: No update 5/6: Parts on order 4/29: In procurement being processed. 4/22: Received both payments. Kicked off to procurement. 4/15: Mailing both payment tomorrow.
