Project Scope: The proposed system consist (2) MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeders which will separate and feed your products up to 200mm wide. Feeder will be equipped with a Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback which will provide accurate product placement. A Pressure Roller will aid the transfer from the feeder to your existing conveyor. I’ve included the low product sensor and stack-light which will display machine status via stack-light. The units will be integrated by MBO.
Notes: MBO America W.O. 2021085 6/3: Last needed part came in yesterday. Should get through QA today. May ship today but likely tomorrow. 5/20: In production 5/13: No change 5/6: Parts on order 4/29: No update 4/22: Moved to procurement. Being processed. 4/15: Down payment received 4/9.
