Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system to feed pamphlets (3-1/2" x 2-1/8") into cases traveling on a Combi machine at a rate of up to 60 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. A Pneumatic Shaker will be mounted onto the rear support assembly of the feeder to reduce friction between the products as they are fed and to assist with product flow. The MFT 250 V3 will be signaled to feed a sheet into a case and will provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The Multifeeder Friction feeders run on 120 VAC to 240 VAC single phase. This proposal assumes that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with your existing Combi machine.
