Project Scope: The proposed MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The products will transfer from the feeder and feed them into the driven discharge. As they are transferred they will be scanned in the opening to allow access for the barcode scanners. The barcode scanners will scan the 1D barcode on the top and the bottom to ensure they match a pre-entered value. If the codes don't match the system will stop on error. When the system stops on error it will activate the Relay Interface Box which will allow you to process the stop on error with your existing equipment. The driven discharge will take the products from a horizontal position and position vertically to insert into your cartons. Once a start sensor detects a passing box the driven discharge will dispense a product and get another one position for the next carton. The driven discharge will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately align the feeding to the carton during line speed changes. The system will mount onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.

Working on it production. Shop has to make keys. 4/22: Short parts done at plating yesterday. Hopefully here today. Two parts missing from driven discharge. Guess to be in Integration by Wednesday. 4/15: Short parts to discharge 4/8: Pulled. In production queue. 4/1: Pulled. Have some shortages. Feeder in burn in this morning. 3/25: No change 3/18: No change. Waiting turn in queue. 3/11: No change 3/4: Waiting on parts. 2/25: Parts on order 2/18: Ordering parts. 2/11: Kicked off to procurement. Fully processed and quoting parts. 2/4: Received approval on layout drawing. Will get kicked off to procurement. 1/28: Engineering kick off scheduled for tomorrow morning. ME started on it. 1/21: Will get processed and kicked off. Down payment just arrived. 1/14: New order. Need down payment to release and kick off.
