Project Scope: The proposed system will consist of a MFT 300 Hygienic Wash-down Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your corrugated products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed by a start sensor detecting a passing lug. If a pizza isn't present the feeder will skip that pocket using the skip sensor. The system will have a 1 meter long APL to provide bulk loading capacity. The feeder will mount onto a set height stand. The height of the customer's lugged conveyor will be 34” +/- 1.25”.
Notes: Texwrap WO 2021008 3/25: EE working on wiring of APL. Should be complete today or tomorrow morning. Filming video tomorrow. QA tomorrow after video. 3/18: Large number of APL parts in inspection. Feeder stands should be here tomorrow. Should get this built next week. 3/11: Made video. Jim sent video, stand will be in tomorrow. Waiting for approval. 3/4: Integration will dial in 12 inch pizza circles this week. Still waiting on stand. Due week of 3/16 2/25: No change 2/18: Waiting for feeder stand to arrive. Will ship feeder and stand ahead of APL. 2/11: Everything is on order. 2/4: Almost done ordering parts. 1/28: Working on ordering. 1/21: Quoting and ordering parts. EE BOM within next week or so. 1/14: Quoting parts on APL. Need feeder stand PN from ME. Should have today. 1/7: Had kick off to engineering this morning. Moved to procurement so they could start ordering for APL. Need a few more things from ME and EE
