Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your booklet products from their stacked position in the vertical hopper of the feeder. The folded booklet size is 2 1/8th" wide x 4" long x 3/16" thick. As the products are fed, they will be individually transported via the XED 14.76" length discharge assembly of the feeder. The customer requests a throughput speed of 40 products per minute. A HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand, which offers height adjustment and mobility, will provide a secure base for the MFT 250IP3 system. After being dispensed along the XED discharge assembly, the product will be indexed onto a conveyor belt and/ or the extension of a moving flow wrapper line with their integration of a robotic assembly.. Optional items as may be warranted: The Serial Control with Cable provides for communication linkage to 3rd party components, a Stack-Light to alert of machine status at a glance, a Low Product sensor to alert prior to exhaustion of product, the Associated Spare Parts kit, Static Bar with Mount Assembly to minimize static, Product Index Support Curve to assist with quick product load set-up, SIKO Digital Position Indicators for quicker set-up of product load, and Product Support Pneumatic Shaker to assist in loading and settling.
