Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 550SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your cartons/boxes from a stack in the infeed hopper of the feeder. As the cartons are individually transported through the discharge of the feeder the Impresso label applicator will apply a preprinted label to the top surface of the carton. The labeler will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to accurately apply the label. The APL 2000-485 Automatic Product Loader will provide increased loading capacity to the system with a 2 meter long APL. The SC 2000-550 Shingling Conveyor will collect the products as they exit the discharge of the feeder in a shingled stack.
Notes: Lube-Tech W.O. 2020238 3/25: FAT yesterday. Received approval on larger sample. Few items on punch list. New cartons should be here before noon. Goal to re-FAT tomorrow morning. 3/18: FAT scheduled for 3/24. 3/11: In production, Waiting on shortages for the peel plate. 3/4: Feeders being built in production. 2/25: No change 2/18: No change 2/11: No change. Will start as soon as parts arrive 2/4: Waiting for parts to arrive. 1/28: All parts on order. 1/21: Looking at getting all parts on order 1/14: Fully processed this morning. Starting to quote parts. 1/7: Received layout drawing approval yesterday. Kick off to procurement scheduled for tomorrow. 12/17: Waiting in queue in Engineering. 12/10: Kicked off this morning. Need a few things from ME.
