Project Scope: The proposed feeder consists of a MFT IP 550XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with adjustable depth product support rods for your cartons if run wide dimension leading.
Notes: Iwai Tsusho K.K. - IP 550 XED W.O. 2020229 2/18: Backorder parts arrived. ME making part. Shipped on 2/22/2021 2/10/2021 Feeder shipped. Back ordered the Magazine Rod Holder Adj Assy 2/4: In Integration. FAT should be finished before noon and moved to QA after that. Have adjustable support rods - parts not here in time so will ship without them and then ship when they come in. 1/28: Pulled for production. On track for 2/10 ship date 1/21: No change 1/14: No Change 1/7: No update. 12/17: No update 12/10: No update 12/3: Waiting turn in queue. 11/19: Working on it in procurement. 11/12: New order. Needs to be processed. 100% prior to ship are payment terms. Can begin building.
