Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. Each feeder will be signaled to feed by a dry contact from your controller through the signal interface cable. The feeder has an available out put to confirm the successful completion of that cycle, called the Cycle Complete, that you can monitor. The system will be equipped with a low product sensor, which will signal through the low product port on the J1 connector when a low level condition has occurred. The second sensor will be a low level stop sensor which will plug into JR Automations controller. Once the low level stop has occurred JR Automation will no longer send start pulses to the feeder. Optional items: APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity.
