Project Scope: Thank you for your interest in the best friction feeders available. We design and manufacture them in the United States at our factory in St. Paul, Minnesota. Multifeeder Technology’s superior line of friction feeders, label applicators and related accessory equipment will provide you with uncompromising quality and performance. Enclosed is our proposal for a Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance 750IP3 SLD System. Per request, this product will gently transfer from its stacked position of the in-feed of the MFT 750IP3 unit. The Multi-wall folded bags are in sizes of 16" wide x 24" long, and 20" wide x 30" long. These products will travel along the 35.43" SLD discharge in a continuous fashion, at a pace of 10 pieces per minute … narrow dimension leading. Upon dispensing, the bags will transfer along the SLD and pass under a customer supplied InkJet, Inc. Precision Series printer. At this juncture, the InkJet Printer projects the print parallel to the bag feeding orientation. The printed bags then are gathered at end for off-line filling and further processing. Also, a height-adjustable, mobile stand will provide for flexibility and effective production throughput.
