Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be controlled and signaled by Trimatt. The feeder will not include any rear support curves, no magazine side guides, and no product support rods. The configuration of the feeder will be as follows. Metal discharge side rails, 20mm discharge belts (2 top and 2 bottom), (1) 20mm wide Rough Tan feed belt, (1) 10mm wide Rough Tan feed belt, (1) 20mm SW, (1) 10mm SW, 100% gearing
