Project Scope: This proposal is to upgrade your existing Multifeeder Technology Industrial Performance Feeding system (as per proposal # 30193) to include an APL 1000 Automatic Product Loader (inline configuration) as well as an adjustable mounting frame to mount the feeder and the loader onto a Bobst Folder Gluer. In addition, you existing APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader will be revised to allow it to wheel up and dock to the inline APL 1000-190 Automatic Product Loader that is mounted onto the Bobst. Your existing MFT 250 IP3 Friction Feeder with open frame discharge will be mounted onto your existing Bobst Folder Gluer onto an existing mounting frame. An APL 1000-190 Automatic Product Loader inline configuration will be positioned behind the feeder and will be mounted onto an adjustable mounting frame to allow the feeder to be adjusted in the x, y, and z directions. A Photo Optic Sensor will be mounted in the in feed magazine of the feeder to signal the loader to replenish the feeder once the stack drops below a pre-set level. Your existing APL 2000-190 Automatic Product Loader system on adjustable frame will be returned to Multifeeder. Once received, Multifeeder will shorten the frame to allow it to be wheeled into position and docked next to the APL 1000-190 Automatic Product Loader. Once the stack of product on the APL 1000 Loader drops below a preset level the APL 2000 loader positioned perpendicular to flow will be signaled to replenish the APL 1000 for increased in feed magazine capacity. The APL 2000-190 will be mounted onto the frame on an incline to allow the product to be placed close to vertical (at a slight incline forward) on the loader. Multifeeder's Engineering team will create a system drawing for customer approval. System Integration and testing includes testing of all individual pieces to perform as one complete system. Integration also includes testing of the feeding performance of each product size at the rate specified. A Factory Acceptance Test with customer supplied samples will be done to verify system performance prior to shipment. This proposal assumes that the customer will install the feeding and loading system. Multifeeder can provide installation services as an option at our standard rates. Options Available: Optional item include a Spare Parts Kit, A Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation.

Need to make payment and looking to possibly move forward on change orders. Waiting for them to decide if they want the change orders 9/24: Sent FAT video late last night. Still want to do live Zoom FAT. Waiting for when they want to schedule it. 9/17: Will move to Integration once El Paso ships. Done in assembly 9/10: In production. 8/27: No change. On track for late September. Still need samples 8/20: No update 8/14: No Update 8/6: No update. 7/30: Waiting for parts. 7/23: One last part to order. All others on order. 7/16: Worked on in procurement. Quoting. 7/9: Had Engineering review this morning. Will be released to procurement today. 7/2: Had a preliminary kickoff to Procurement on Tuesday. The client's equipment arrived today. Clay will go through equipment and verify parts needing to be ordered and modified and will then release to Procurement. 6/25: Checking drawings. Ready for release early next week. 6/18: Ready for release to procurement middle to end of next week. Layout drawing was approved. 6/11: Lorenzo meeting with Keystone today. Looking for feedback from that meeting to move forward with design. 6/4: ME working on latest revisions to layout drawing. 5/28: Waiting for word from Lorenzo to get final sign off on drawing. 5/21: Customer received updated layout drawing. Have proposed changes. Going back to them and in customer's court. 5/14: Will have updated drawings on Monday. 5/7: Had a call with Lorenzo and Keystone on Monday to review layout drawing. Lorenzo will be on site at Keystone to take some measurements. 4/30: Meeting scheduled for Monday to review layout with Mark, Lorenzo, Keystone and Ed. 4/23: Kicked off on Monday afternoon. Ed's team working on layout drawing. 4/16: New order. Needs to be processed. Workorder is complete and needs a review. Need a layout drawing. Dylan starting working on it today.
