Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP3 250XED Signature Series Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack loaded in the systems hopper. The feeder will be signaled to feed various size flat pouches … from 3.5" to 6" wide, and from 6" to 9.25" long. These products will be delivered via the 14.76" long, XED discharge and onto a customer supplied transport and label applicator. The intended task of this integrated line is to feed, convey and label the pouches. A height adjustable stand will provide for secure, mobile and flexible positioning onto the production line.
Notes: Veritiv Canada, Inc. W.O. 2020052 4/23: Got approval this morning. Shipping individual from Canada office will contact us to set up shipment. Should be ready by tomorrow afternoon. 4/16: QA complete. Need video approval. 4/9: FAT video went out yesterday. Went to QA. Waiting for video approval. QA is done. 4/2: In production being built. Will go to Integration for a video. Samples are here. 3/26: Samples arrived. Everything has been processed and released through procurement. 3/19: No change. Still waiting for samples. Can't process. 3/12: Waiting for customer to send in samples. Clay notified them that we can't provide ship date without samples. 3/5: Sent Engineering drawing confirming our feeder mating with Nitta labeler this morning. Customer says payments were sent last week. 2/27: New order. Need workorder from sales to process.
