Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a conveying and labeling system to apply labels to your round, rectangular and square buckets. The system will begin with an operator hand loading the buckets onto the flat belt conveyor where they will be transported down the system. As they pass the Impresso Label Applicator a label will be applied to the side of the bucket. Square and rectangular labels will be applied to one side. The buckets will be empty at the time of labeling. The operator will load the buckets with the handle in a certain orientation for automation. Finished products will be removed by the operator at the end of the conveyor.
Notes: Chem-Serv WO 2020002 6/4: Making good progress in Integration. Sent a second video. Customer tentatively coming in for training and to see machine on Monday. 5/28: Last of parts arrived this morning. Should have everything we need. Working on issue on conveyor drive. Hope to be in Integration by end of the day tomorrow. 5/21: In production. 5/14: In queue behind Abbott 5/7: Large amount of plating will come in. In queue. 4/30: No update. Waiting on parts. 4/23: RL Craig stand is here. Still waiting on parts (due middle of May). Will start on what we can prior to all the parts arriving. 4/16: No change. 4/9: Everything on order. Parts due week of May 18. 4/2: Waiting on parts. One more left. 3/26: Still a few parts to get on order. 3/19: Processed and quoting parts. 3/12: Should be out of engineering early next week. 3/5: Still in Engineering. Framework complete. Should be out of Engineering by end of next week. 2/27: Had review meeting with ME and team on Tuesday. Engineering working on it. Hoping to release in another week or so. 2/20: Follow up review meeting for Monday morning to go over change order items. 2/13: Received revised PO with upgrades. Curt starting tomorrow in ME. 2/6: Quoting upgrades. 1/30: Setting up for a test. 60% complete in Engineering. Need to test to confirm. 1/23: In process in Engineering. Ready for review early next week. 1/16: Falling behind. 1/9: Kicked off to ME yesterday. Will try to set up preliminary test before engineering starts. 1/2: New order
