Project Scope: This proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 IP3 HCP ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to tip various products up to 200mm wide onto your existing card line at a rate of up to 500 per minute with an accuracy of +/- 1.6mm. This proposal includes net 45 day terms with no down payment. The feeder will be equipped with four longer top discharge belts to require the angle of the discharge to be set to minus 18 degrees as per your request. Belt tensioners will be included to allow the angle of the discharge to be adjustable. The MFT 250 Friction Feeder will gently separate your CR 80 cards from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 200mm (7.87") long discharge of the feeder. Left and Right Discharge Side Guides will be used to guide the product side to side as they travel on the discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with Hard Carcass Discharge Belts (four top and four bottom) and a 1000W Motor Package for increased speed and accuracy. Dual vacuum track assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travel over the chamber to allow the feeder to better grip the products as they are fed (house vacuum supply). The MFT 250 IP3 will be signaled to feed a product into the pinch point of a customer-supplied and integrated pressure roller assembly by a customer supplied laser sensor. The feeder will be equipped with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting of software and hardware using a customer-supplied encoder to monitor the speed of the base machine. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will adjust the speed and the timing of the feeder to be certain that the product is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. The MFT 250 IP3 will also be equipped with the latest version of software including Card Line Software along with a plug to allow Atlantic Zeiser to wire their encoder to the MFT 250 IP3 Friction feeder. As the speed of the base machine changes the card line software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Each feeder can be controlled using commands given through the serial port and will be mounted by Atlantic Zeiser. The Allen wrenches, circuit testers, and power cords will be supplied by Atlantic Zeiser. An APL 2000-190 will be included. Specification: Transport direction to Feeder is right to left from Operators side Transport length 2000mm Operating Panel on Operators side (contrary to MFT250) Alignment flange mounted on rear side All mounting material included Options Available: An optional vacuum supply can be purchased from Multifeeder. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
