Project Scope: This proposal consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V3 XED Signature Series Friction Feeder systems to feed folded leaflets into cases traveling on a Combi machine at a rate of up to 10 per minute. Each MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack and will transported them individually onto the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. Each MFT 250 V3 will be signaled to feed and provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Each feeder will be mounted onto an HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. Options Available: Each MFT 250 V can be configured with Multiple Product Detection (Double Detection) or Batch Count Modes as an option. Optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber can be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. Other options include a spare parts kit, a low product detect sensor assembly, and standard feeder installation.
