Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder which will separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed via dry contact sent from your customers controller to the feeder. Optional items: Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder to feed more than one products per start pulse, Multiple Product Detection to detect if more than one product is present at time of feed, Stand on Rollers to mount the feeder so it can roll up to the back of your conveyor or to the side, Easy Tipping with encoder to follow the speed of your line and account for line speed changes.
