Project Scope: The proposal is for a MFT 102HSM Label Applicator to mount over your existing Multifeeder. The MFT 102HSM will wipe a label onto the flat carton as it travels down your existing Multifeeder discharge. Trimatt will mount and integrate the labeler to their existing lines. Trimatt will provide the pressure roller to transfer the label from the labeler to the feeder. Optional items: Extruded Mounting Assembly, Straddle Mount bars with slides for labeler mounting
Notes: 5/25: In QA as of 5/25AM. Received video approval this morning. Ship 5/26 5/18: Large amounts of rework on this project were done in Integration. Jim requested FAT video this morning after previously indicating it was not necessary. Integration feels this should be done today and ready for QA. 5/11: In Integration. Brian working on it. Bob will take it over. 5/4: In production. Ed to talk to Jim about peel plate extension. All samples need to be returned to them. 4/20: Need P/Ns for WO b y 4/21. Then will move to procurement.
