Project Scope: The proposed system consists of two Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 IP3 XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder systems to present paper gaskets onto backer cards traveling on an existing conveyor at a rate of up to 30 per minute. Each MFT 350 will be straddle mounted over the existing conveyor on a Multifeeder supplied Straddle Mount Assembly. Each feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. A Heavy Duty Rear Support Assembly will be used to support the stack from the back. The products will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. Each MFT 350 IP3 feeder will be configured with a Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber to allow the feeder to better grip the products as they are fed. Each feeder will be signaled to feed by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Options Available: Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation. This proposal assume that the customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the existing conveyor. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates.
Notes: Discount of $ 2,144.00 Split 50/50 with RYPAC. Commission Calculation: $ 47,510.00 - Non-Commissionable items (vacuum pumps) - $ 3,494.00 times 15% minus half of $ 2,144.00 discount = $ 44,016.00 x .15 = $ 6,602.40 - ($ 2,144.00 /2) = $ 5,530.40
