Project Scope: The proposed equipment is for (3) friction feeding units to mount over your existing base. The MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will be used as a base feeder with the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. This will allow you to place products onto your conveyor base at a user settable repeat distance. The second unit is for a MFT IP 250ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will be used as a tipping feeder. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to provide accurate product placement. The second unit is for a MFT IP 250XED HCP Industrial Performance Friction Feeder which will be used as a tipping feeder. The feeder will use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to provide accurate product placement. Trimatt will provide the start sensors, encoders, pressure rollers, mounting, unit setup and integration to their line. Optional items: High Performance Drive Package for increased speeds beyond 300 PPM for CR - 80 size.
