Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP3 550 XLD Industrial High Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your sheets from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be placed onto your existing conveyor using the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feedback to place the product at a user settable repeat distance. A signal interface cable will be provided to allow EMT to get machine status.
