Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed and mounted by Iwai. Iwai will process the cards as they exit the discharge of the feeder. Optional items: ADT 250 Automatic Drop Table to collect the products as they exit the discharge of the feeder into batches to be dropped into existing lugged in feed, Start Sensor to signal the feeder to feed based on a passing lug, Discharge Side Guiding to register the product in the discharge of the feeder, Serial Control to communicate with the feeder serially, APL 1000-190 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity (inline configuration), HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for mounting, Vacuum Track Discharge Upgrade to expose the top surface of the product, Vacuum Generator to supply a vacuum source for the Vac-Trak Upgrade, Timing Speed Compensation with encoder to delay the start pulse of the feeder based on the speed of your line, Relay Interface Box to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, X-Y Active Jogging system to square the stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder.
