Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT V 550SLD Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. The product will be supported in the in feed hopper of the feeder by the HD 825 Heavy Duty Rear Support Curve Assemblies. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be processed by Iwai. Optional items: Serial Control to control the feeder via serial communication, HDSR 1000-550 Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, Multiple Product Detection upgrade to detect for multiple products as they are fed, Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder to count products into batches.
