Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT V 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder (with 197mm discharge) to separate and feed your flat products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be placed onto your existing conveyor in continuous motion. The feeder will be mounted and integrated to the existing equipment by Iwai. Optional items: Conveyor Straddle Mount Assembly (standard dimensions - extruded construction) to mount the feeder over your existing conveyor, Relay Interface Box assembly to provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition, Batch Count Mode to allow the feeder count your product into batches, Backer Repeat Mode to allow the feeder to use an encoder to follow the speed of your line, Start Sensor to remotely trigger the feeder to feed, Multiple Product Detection to detect for Multiple Products as they are fed, HDSR 1000-350 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility, MFT V 250XED for longer discharge capability (396mm long discharge).
