Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be transported through the SLD (896mm long) discharge to allow the end customer to supply, mount and integrate their labeler. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be transferred into a Driven Discharge which will fold the tab on the product over to the backside of the product. The product will be handled by the end customer as it exits the Driven Discharge. Optional items: SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor to accumulate the product as it exits the discharge of the feeder.
