Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to feed CR 80 Cards and other products up to 300mm (11.81") wide onto a Folder Gluer machine at a rate of up to 400 per minute. The MFT 350 feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 350mm wide (13.77") 600mm (23.64") long discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be mounted onto an adjustable mounting frame to allow the position of the feeder to be adjusted on the Folder Gluer. The Folder Gluer machine will feed a base product, a glue machine shall apply glue to the base sheet, and the MFT 350 IP XLD Friction Feeder will be signaled to feed a product into the pinch point of a top belt assembly on the Folder Gluer machine by a Photo Optic Start Sensor. An optional Electronic Interface Box Assembly can be used to signal the Folder Gluer machine to stop if the feeder runs empty or has a fault. The feeder will be configured with Continuous Motion Accutipping consisting of an encoder with wheel mounted on your base machine to monitor the speed of the base machine. As the speed of the base machine changes, the computer timing compensation package will vary the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. This proposal assumes that customer will mount, install, and integrate the feeder with the folder gluer machine. Multifeeder can provide mounting, installation, and integration services as an option at our standard rates. Options Available: An optional 150mm wide 600mm long discharge can be purchased as a change part to best fit between carrier belts on the folder gluer machine. Optional Dual Vacuum Track Assemblies each consisting of a vacuum chamber and a feed belt with holes that travels over the chamber will be used to allow the feeder to best grip the products as they are fed. Other options include a Spare Parts Kit, a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly, and Standard Feeder installation. Commission Calculation: $ 26,970.00 - non commissionable items * .15 = $ 4,045.50
