Project Scope: This revised proposal consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 V XED Signature Series Friction Feeder system with 375mm (14.76") extended discharge to feed paper booklets or pamphlets into boxes traveling on a Combi machine at a rate of up to 15 per minute. The MFT 250 Friction feeder will gently separate your products from a vertical stack of the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed, they will be transported individually through the 375mm (14.76") long discharge of the feeder. The feeder will be signaled to feed and provide back feeder status via a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder will be mounted onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers. Options Available: Other options include a spare parts kit, a low product detect sensor assembly, and standard feeder installation.
