Please make shipping documents (AWB,Invoice,Packing list) Consignee:Iwai Tsusho Notify: Iwai Tsuho ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 750XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in-feed hopper of the feeder. The feeder will be equipped with Bridge Belt Assemblies to transfer the product from the in-feed section of the feeder to the discharge section. A start sensor will be mounted over Iwai's existing line and will trigger the Friction Feeder to feed as each product moving down the transport is identified. As the products exit the discharge of the feeder they will be processed by Iwai Tsusho. The feeder will run in continuous operation. Optional Items: Automatic Product Loader 2000 750 STND CONFIG: For increased loading capacity and stack height control. Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller: To allow the feeder to follow Iwai's existing conveyor. Small Product Transfer Kit: To transfer product from Automatic Product Loader to Friction Feeder.
