Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Signatures Series 250V Friction Feeder, Right Angled Automatic Product Loader (APL), an Additional APL Leg, and Start Sensor. The product will be loaded onto the APL to be placed into the hopper, either inline or at a 90 degree angle, of the 250V MFT Friction Feeder. The system will be signaled to feed by a start sensor mounted over your existing line to detect a passing tray. The 250V and APL will mount onto extended rods with leg assemblies.
