Project Scope: First, the base MFT 350 XED Friction Feeder can feed either the gift card or base card onto the vacuum track conveyor using Accutipping repeat Auto-Tune to create consistent placement of the product onto the vacuum conveyor. Next, on the vacuum track conveyor, glue will be applied to the base card. The base card will then travel under the dual stage tipping which will first create the same spacing as the base product spacing on the vacuum conveyor from the first feeder stage, then, using continuous motion Accutipping we will create near perfect (+/- 1/64") placement of the gift card and base card at a minimum speed of 40 MPM with a spacing of 120mm for a speed of 333 products per minute or 20,000 products per hour. The dual stage tipping section can be used with supplemental registration lugs or without.
