Project Scope: The proposed equipment consists of an MFT v 250ED Signature Series Friction Feeder to separate and feed your CR - 80 cards. The feeder will be mounted onto the HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility. The feeder will be run in continuous mode and started from the operator panel. Optional items for feeder: Signal interface cable to remotely start the feeder to feed, Discharge Side Guiding to register the product as they are fed. The proposed equipment also consists of an MFT 102HSM High Speed Label Applicator with vacuum takeaway to apply labels onto the passing cards. The labelers will come with a straddle mount assembly. The feeders will be mounted, integrated and signaled to feed (label placement timed) by Precision Finishing. Optional items for labeler: Start Sensor to trigger feeder, High Performance for speeds greater than 300PPM.
