Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 250XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from a stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be placed onto your existing vacuum base using the Continuous Accutipping Repeat Controller with encoder feedback to place the product at a user settable repeat distance. The feeder will mount onto an HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for height adjustment and mobility.
