Project Scope: The proposed system consists of and MFT IP 250SLD Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your products from the stack in the in feed hopper of the feeder. As the products are fed they will be accurately placed onto your moving base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback. The feeder will be equipped with discharge side guiding to register the products as they are fed. The feeder will mount onto an extruded mounting assembly over your existing line. Optional items: Bridge Belt Assembly (qty of 2 needed if ordered) to assist the feeding of short/narrow products, High Performance Drive Package for increased speeds beyond 300 parts per minute.
