Project Scope: The proposed system consists of (2) MFT IP 350ED Industrtial High Performance Friction Feeders to separate and feed your various products from CR - 80's to A4 sheets. The first MFT IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will be a base feeder to feed products onto your existing conveyor using the Continuous Accutipping REPEAT Controller with encoder feedback to place the product at a user settable repeat distance (aka: pitch) on your conveyor. The second MFT IP 350ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder will separate and feed products onto your moving base product as it travels down your existing conveyor. The products will be accuratly applied to the moving base product using the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feedback to account for ramp up/down and any line speed variations. The tipping feeder will have a Pressure Roller 350 with micro screw adjustment to positively transfer the product to the base. Mounting will be done by Trimatt.
