Project Scope: The proposed system consists of a Multifeeder Technology MFT 350 ED Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder with 200mm extended discharge and Cardline Software to tip various products up to 300mm wide onto your existing card line. The feeder will be equipped with left and right discharge side guides (as per AZ Specification) with 250mm long shafts to hold the guides to ensure that the product is straight as it is fed. The MFT 350 feeder will also be equipped with the latest version of software including the Card Line Software along with a plug to allow Atlantic Zeiser to wire their encoder to the MFT 350 IP Friction feeder. As the speed of the base machine changes the card line software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Each feeder can be controlled using commands given through the serial port.
