Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT HS 100 High Speed Wipe on Label Applicator. The MFT HS 100 will apply a 3" wide by 7" long paper backer pressure sensitive label to your existing web. Once a registration mark is detected on your web the label applicator will dispense and secure a label to the moving web. An encoder will mount onto your existing line to follow line speed variations. The labeler will mount onto a T-Based stand for height adjustment and mobility. Actual label tolerance is TBD.
