Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250 IP ED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder with 200mm Extended Discharge and Cardline Software to tip various products up to 200mm wide onto your existing card line. The MFT 250 IP Friction feeder system will gently separate the cards onto the feeder discharge. Each feeder will be equipped with left and right discharge side guides (as per AZ Specification) with 200mm long shaft to hold the guides to ensure that the product is straight as it is fed. Each feeder will also be equipped with the latest version of software including the Card Line Software along with a plug to allow Atlantic Zeiser to wire their encoder to the MFT 250 IP Friction feeder. As the speed of the base machine changes the card line software package varies the speed and timing of the feeder to ensure that the insert is placed accurately regardless of the speed of the base machine. Each feeder can be controlled using commands given through the serial port.
