Project Scope: The proposed system consists of and MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your label stock from the in feed hopper of the Multifeeder. As the products are fed through the discharge they will be accurately counted and detected for double or jams to ensure accurate product counts. As the product exists the discharge of the feeder they will be transferred and accumulated in an IMCT 350 catch tray for an operator to process. Once the stack is removed the feeder will automatically begin counting the next batch. Optional items: ADT 350XLT Automatic Drop Table to accumulate the stack of products and automatically drop the stack, APL 2000-350 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, MFT IP 550XED UPGRADE to provide wider product capability (up to 500mm wide), Vacuum Chambers with Piab Vacuum Generator for increased feeding performance.
