Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to mount over your existing folding base on your existing rod stock. The feeder will come equipped with Hard Carcass Discharge Belts for accurate product placement. The feeder would use the Continuous Accutipping Controller with encoder feed back to accurately place the product onto your moving base. The Discharge Side Guiding will register the product as it is fed through the feeder. A Relay Interface Box will provide a dry contact when the feeder is in a red light condition. Optional Items: Vacuum Track Assembly for increased feeding performance, Vacuum Piab Assembly for vacuum source (requires air supply), APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader for increased loading capacity, 90 DEGREE APL MOUNTING to supply in feed hopper at 90 degrees to the Multifeeder.
