Project Scope: This proposal consists of three Multifeeder Technology MFT 250 XED Industrial Performance “IP” Series IP Friction Feeder systems configured with a 375mm (14.76”) long roller discharge to feed coupons up to 200mm (7.87”) wide into boxes as they travel on an existing conveyor at a rate of up 150 per minute. Each feeder will gently separate the coupons one at a time into the feeder discharge. The boxes will travel on your existing conveyor and each MFT 250 Industrial Performance Friction feeder will be signaled to feed a coupon into a box by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Each feeder can be mounted onto an optional Straddle Mount Assembly or onto a HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers for mobility. Commission Calculation: $ 44,168.25 * (.15) - 1083.38) = $ 6,625.28- 1083.38 = 5541.91
