Project Scope: The proposed system consists of an MFT IP 350XED Industrial Performance Friction Feeder to separate and feed your CR - 80's from a stack in the in feed hopper. As the cards are dispensed from the Multifeeder they will be accurately placed onto your moving base product using a patented Continuous Accutipping Controls with encoder feed back. The Accutipping will compensate during ramp up/down and any line speed variations to ensure accurate product placement.
