Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: This proposal consists of an MFT 250 ED Industrial Performance “IP” Series IP Friction Feeder system configured with a 200mm (7.87”) long roller discharge to feed filter paper products up to 200mm (7.87”) wide onto a customer supplied conveyor at a rate of up to 10 per minute. The feeder will be equipped with air injection side guides to gently blow a small amount of air in the side of the stack to help separate the products as they are fed. A static reduction station consisting of a power supply and a static bar mounted on the top and bottom of the products as they are fed will be used to reduce static on the products as they are fed. The feeder will gently feed and separate onto the feeder discharge the filter paper sheets. The feeder will be signaled to feed and will provide a Cycle complete verification signal back to the host controller using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. The feeder can be mounted onto an optional HDSR 1000-250 Heavy Duty Stand on Rollers. The feeder can be equipped with an optional Input Output Card to allow an additional verification sensor to be added. The feeder can control this sensor and provide back a verification signal to the host controller. Options Available: The MFT 250 IP Industrial Performance Friction feeder system can also be equipped with a XED (375mm or 11.81” long discharge), XLD (600mm or 23.62” long discharge), or an SLD (900mm or 35.43” long discharge). Optional Left and Right Discharge Side Guides can be used to be certain that the products are straight as they are fed. An Automatic Product Loader can be used for increased infeed magazine capacity. The MFT 250 IP ED Friction feeder system can be equipped with a vacuum track assembly consisting of a feed belt with holes and a vacuum chamber to allow the feeder to better grip the product. The feeder can also feed the completed products onto an optional SC 2000-350 Shingling Conveyor for further processing. The feeder can be signaled to feed by an optional Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation. Optional start up assistance at your location can be purchased, plus travel and living expenses that are billed at actual cost. Additional hours are available at our standard rates. We recommend that the technician set up the equipment at your facility and train your personnel on proper operation, adjustments and maintenance. Equipment not manufactured by Multifeeder is quoted on the basis of proposals from the vendor. Price changes from the vendor will be adjusted at the time of your order. This proposal reflects the use of Multifeeder Technology’s standard specifications. Any alteration to this proposal will be on a time and materials basis. Technical support will be scheduled after a signed purchase order has been received by Multifeeder Technology. Please allow enough time for your purchase order to be received before scheduling service support.
