Project Scope: Sequence of Operation: The proposed system consists of an MFT 250 Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder system with 375mm long Extended Discharge to feed Folded Paper Leaflets onto your existing at a conveyor (height of 44”) at a rate of up to 30 per minute. The feeder will be configured with an APL 2000-250 Automatic Product Loader for increased in feed magazine capacity. To allow for optimum clearance, the shorter bottom support legs on the stand will be positioned forward and the in feed magazine side guides will be cut to a height of 15inches. The feeder will be signaled to feed and can provide feeder status using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly and will be mounted onto an HDSR 1000-250 Stand on Rollers for mobility. Options available: The MFT 250 IP Friction feeder can be signaled to feed by a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. Other options include a spare parts kit and a Low Product Detect Sensor Assembly. As an option start up assistance can be purchased at your location, plus travel and living expenses that are billed at actual cost. Additional hours are available at our standard rates. We recommend that the technician set up the equipment at your facility and train your personnel on proper operation, adjustments and maintenance. Equipment not manufactured by Multifeeder is quoted on the basis of proposals from the vendor. Price changes from the vendor will be adjusted at the time of your order. Technical support will be scheduled after a signed purchase order has been received by Multifeeder Technology. Please allow enough time for your purchase order to be received before scheduling service support
