Project Scope: This proposal consists of an MFT 950 SLD Industrial Performance “IP” Series Friction Feeder with 900mm roller discharge to feed B flute corrugated sheets up to 36” wide into die cut containers at a rate of up to 75 per minute. The feeder can be signaled to feed via the serial port or can be signaled to feed the sheets by the host machine using a Standard Interface Cable Assembly. Options Available: An optional Remote Keypad Assembly can be connected to the serial port to allow the control of the feeder to be positioned up to 6ft from the feeder control panel. The feeder can be signaled to feed using a Photo Optic Start Sensor Assembly. The MFT 950 IP Friction Feeder can also be equipped with optional Left and Right Discharge Side guides to be certain that the product is straight as it is fed. Other options include a Low Product Sensor Assembly, a spare parts kit, and standard feeder installation.
